No formal preparation is required. Participants simply come ready to discuss a leadership situation they are currently navigating.

Can organizations enroll multiple managers?

Yes. Organizations can sponsor multiple leaders through team membership packages or request a private cohort for their organization.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. Membership is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
